Herbalife Nutrition independent distributors are passionate about the health and wellness of their communities. And one way they do that is through nutrition clubs, small businesses they own and operate where customers are invited to enjoy good nutrition, stay active, and benefit from a network of support.

Why is that so important? Studies show that strong social ties are linked with better health. And a recent article in the British Journal of Sports Medicine looked at 42 studies that showed that when people exercised together, they had improved results vs. people who were alone. The benefits included:

Perhaps Chuck B., who owns a Nutrition Club in Raleigh, North Carolina, said it best: “We want every single person who comes in to our club to leave feeling better than when they got there. Sometimes they feel better from the nutrition. Sometimes it’s because they got to smile. Sometimes it’s because they got to hear a really fun song. Our goal is for however long we have you in front of us, we are going to try and impact your day in a positive way.”

With more than 70,000 clubs located throughout the world – these clubs provide a place where Herbalife Nutrition distributors can dedicate their time and energy to improving people’s lives.
