When you’re looking for material on weight management or a general health concern, the Internet can be an infinite maze. You’re likely to get a lot of conflicting information on almost any wellness topic.

Who has the time to filter through all this information? And how do you determine if the information is from a credible source?

At Herbalife Nutrition, we believe that every wellness journey you embark on should be based on sound nutrition knowledge. And this is exactly why we work closely with our team of experts to develop educational materials that are available to entrepreneurs who undertake the Herbalife Nutrition business to help them be more informed coaches to their customers.

Making Nutrition Education Readily Accessible

Every customer’s needs are unique, resulting in a variety of questions ranging from the role of protein in the diet to understanding how dietary supplements can complement nutrition and fitness plans. This is why it’s so important to not only educate independent small business owners on nutrition essentials but provide correct knowledge and information at the point of need.

A mobile-first interactive training application is one way that Herbalife Nutrition is ensuring information is readily accessible to distributors. In fact, our mobile learning app won the highest recognition from the Brandon Hall Group for the following categories:

Brandon Hall Gold Awards
In the past year, we also received the gold award for “Best Advance in Creating an Extended Enterprise Learning Program.”

The Brandon Hall Group is a global research and analyst firm in learning and development that started the Excellence in Learning awards in 1999. This accolade from a third-party research firm underlines the value of equipping our independent distributors with interactive, nutrition education that they can share with their communities.

Similarly, our mobile app also won the silver award for “Best Use of Mobile Learning” from the eLearning Network in 2021. Both organizations are recognized globally in the learning and development industry.

On-demand resources are also available through Herbalife Nutrition customer support portals and blogs.

Entrepreneurs can easily access basic nutrition information through educational materials that have been created by a team of Herbalife Nutrition experts, including registered dietitians, and medical doctors, on topics such as:

Going Beyond Education: The Power of Coaching

Herbalife Nutrition entrepreneurs serve as coaches to their customers and their support is having a transformative effect in their lives. This high-touch personal relationship is critical in helping customers to reach their wellness goals. Accurate knowledge is necessary but understanding the individual’s life story and the context for their goals creates a more powerful approach for lasting change.

Entrepreneurs are lifelong learners, and our team of experts are partners to support that learning.  From behavioral change, sports performance, to nutrition and weight loss, we work together to develop the educational tools and learning platforms to ensure we provide ongoing training that delivers the best-in-class customer experience tailored to each individual’s needs.

In fact, our Better Coaching training program was also recognized by the Brandon Hall Group for the following categories:

Brandon Hall Group Bronze Awards

These awards are a testament to the quality of our distributor training programs developed by our team of experts. We invest in these trainings to ensure that our independent distributors deliver only the best coaching and support for their customers.
