We are honoured to receive The Giver: Industry Heart Award at the Direct Selling Australia’s 2020 Industry Awards event. This is the highest award presented by Direct Selling Australia (DSA), the country’s leading representative body for direct selling.
It is humbling to be awarded at the first-ever virtual ceremony, attended by industry leaders and peers, for the commitment of Herbalife Nutrition independent members and the positive impact of Herbalife Nutrition Foundation (HNF) on our community.
We received this award in recognition of an innovative fundraising campaign through the HNF Bike Ride, a gruelling 840-kilometre pedal powered journey from Torquay to Adelaide. This annual event is organised by our independent members and has raised over AUD$524,000 in the seven years since its inception.
The continued growth and fundraising success of the HNF Bike Ride since 2014 has enabled the expansion of that program from one Casa Partner to five across Australia, and one in New Zealand. This has increased the number of children and youth positively impacted by the provision of healthy nutrition and nutrition education programs. We pride ourselves on helping people live healthier lives every day, which is why we support Casa Herbalife Nutrition programs around Australia and New Zealand.
We dedicate this award to our independent members for their extraordinary efforts to demonstrate both physical endurance and fundraising success during the annual HNF Bike Ride events.
