Everton Harris is the chief human resources officer responsible for the development and implementation of human resources strategies in support of Herbalife Nutrition’s overall business plan. This includes providing global leadership in the areas of employee engagement and culture, talent acquisition and organization design and development, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, leadership development, employee education and training, compensation and benefits and human resource information systems.

Mr. Harris joined Herbalife Nutrition in 2014 as vice president of human resources for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), adding India to his scope of responsibilities in 2018. An experienced human resource professional, Mr. Harris has strengthened the EMEA human resources team and introduced a variety of new initiatives and innovative approaches in the areas of engagement and development which have since been adopted throughout the world.

Mr. Harris has more than 30 years of human resources experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Herbalife Nutrition, he was with Ford Motor Company, News Corporation and Hitachi. He holds a degree in English from Hull University in the UK and earned his human resources qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development where he now has Fellow status.
