Frank Lamberti

Frank Lamberti is regional president of the Americas. In his role, he is responsible for all business, strategic, sales and marketing functions across the region, which includes North America, Central America and South America.

Prior to this role, Mr. Lamberti served as Chief of Staff and executive vice president of distributor and customer experience, where he coordinated the work of Herbalife Nutrition’s executive committee and interaction with the Board of Directors, and led a broad team focused on ushering in new tools to improve the distributor and customer experience.

He joined Herbalife Nutrition in 2005 as vice president of financial planning and investor relations, where he established the function and held various regional finance and operations leadership roles. He also held worldwide responsibility for all aspects of financial planning and analysis and strategic planning including forecasting, budgeting, pricing, capital investments, new business development and real estate. Globally, he led the distributor ethics and compliance function, supporting best practices for distributor operations in more than 95 markets.

During his 17-years with the company, Mr. Lamberti has served in numerous leadership positions, including executive vice president, the Americas and worldwide marketing, working closely with distributors and their customers, and preferred members across the region; and as senior vice president and managing director, North Asia, working with the market teams in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Macau and local member leaders to drive sustainable growth in the region.

Before joining Herbalife Nutrition, he held management roles in finance, consumer services and accounting at Sunbeam Corporation, DHL, Rexall Sundown (subsidiary of Royal Numico, NV), Precision Response Corporation and Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation.

Mr. Lamberti is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
