Maximo Dolman is vice president and managing director for Central and South America for Herbalife Nutrition. He is responsible for business growth, sales, operations, and commercial strategy for the 17 countries of the region.

Mr. Dolman joined Herbalife Nutrition in 2013 as vice president and managing director for Venezuela and Central America, adding Colombia later. He led large initiatives such as business continuity in Venezuela, including national production, and business consolidation in Central America.

He brings over 35 years of professional experience with large multinational companies. Before joining Herbalife Nutrition, Mr. Dolman was CEO at Farmatodo Venezuela, a leading Venezuelan pharmaceutical company. Between 2009 and 2011, he was regional senior vice president at Grupo Progreso for Central America. He was previously CEO at Lafarge Venezuela and Mexico, where he started as vice president of marketing and plant manager in Venezuela.

Mr. Dolman was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and he has lived in Venezuela since 1967. He holds a degree in electronic engineering from the Universidad Simón Bolívar, Caracas, Venezuela and he currently lives in Bogotá city, Colombia.
