Rebuild Waffles
Looking for a healthy breakfast that tastes like dessert? How about trying a light and crispy waffle topped with fresh fruit? This waffle packs a protein punch and a flavor kick, perfect before or after your morning workout.

Ingredients:
- 4 scoops Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ÂĽ teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons canola oil (optional, but makes the waffles crispy)
- 10 tablespoons low-fat milk
Instructions*:
- Spray surface of waffle iron with pan spray and preheat.
- Stir Rebuild Strength, flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl with a wire whisk. Add egg, oil and milk and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Pour onto prepared waffle iron and cook until waffle releases from the waffle iron and is cooked through.
- Top with fruit, if desired.

LA Galaxy Herbalife24 Everything Power Bagels
Made with Herbalife24 Enhanced Protein Powder, this protein-packed breakfast is a great way to start your day.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 6 scoops Herbalife24 Enhanced Protein Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning, divided
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (about 1 large) egg white, beaten, or fat-free liquid egg substitute
Instructions*:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and Herbalife24® Enhanced Protein Powder with baking powder. Season with salt and 2 teaspoons of everything bagel seasoning and stir until uniform.
- Add yogurt and thoroughly mix to a dough-like texture.
- Evenly form dough into 6 rings and place on the baking sheet, evenly spaced. Brush with egg and sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons of everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake until golden brown and cooked through for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz. can chickpeas
- 2 scoops Herbalife24 Enhanced Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-2 small, cooked beets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
To make the beet hummus:
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Combine with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor. Process for 1-2 minutes. If desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of additional olive oil to achieve desired texture.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek or Icelandic yogurt
- 1 scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, Strawberry Shortcake
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 oz. (about 1 tablespoon) sliced almonds
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly mash strawberries with a fork.
- Add all remaining ingredients except almonds.
- Mix until uniform.
- Top with almonds.
If you like, refrigerate until chia seeds have expanded and yogurt has thickened for about 3 hours.
