  • 2 scoops Herbalife24 Formula 1 Sport, Vanilla
  • 1 scoop Herbalife24 Enhanced Protein Powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen apple slices
  • Few dashes each of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3-5 ice cubes
