Herbalife Nutrition Avocado Hummus Recipe

This amazing avocado hummus recipe is a must-try, especially if you love avocados. Add Herbalife Nutrition Simply Probiotic to aid to with digestive health and some hot sauce to kick it up a notch. Enjoy!

Avocado Hummus

1 1/2 cups
  • 1 can garbanzos or white beans, drained
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 3 TBSP lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (optional) or arugula or spinach
  • 1-2 tsp hot sauce of choice, such as Cholula or Tapatio (optional)
  • 4 scoops Herbalife Nutrition, Simply Probiotic OR 4 g MicroBiotic Max
  • Drain garbanzo beans. Place into processor or blender.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Yields: 1 1/2 cups. Serving size: 1/4 cup
