Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzos or white beans, drained
- 1 medium avocado
- 3 TBSP lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (optional) or arugula or spinach
- 1-2 tsp hot sauce of choice, such as Cholula or Tapatio (optional)
- 4 scoops Herbalife Nutrition, Simply Probiotic OR 4 g MicroBiotic Max
Instructions
- Drain garbanzo beans. Place into processor or blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
