Energy Balls Recipe

If you’re looking for a healthy snack on the go, then this recipe is for you. The energy balls contain coconut, banana, and the right amount of protein to give you the energy to start the day.

  • 2 scoops Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1, Banana Cream
  • 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix, Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut, desiccated
  • (an extra 1/3 cup of shredded coconut for rolling)
  • Pulse ingredients in a food processor until combined.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Roll protein balls in shredded coconut to coat.
