Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 TBSP white chia seeds
  • 2 TBSP smooth peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • For the chocolate layer:
  • 1 scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, Chocolate
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder + extra for dusting (optional)
  • 3 TBSP water
Instructions
  • Place Peanut Butter Filling ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Set aside while you prepare the chocolate layer.
  • In a small bowl whisk together Chocolate Layer ingredients until smooth. Pour into a large mug or 1-pint mason jar.
  • Pour the Peanut Butter Filling mixture over the chocolate layer.
  • Dust the surface with cocoa powder, if desired. Cover mug with plastic wrap or lid, and refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow pudding to set.
