LA Galaxy Herbalife24 Everything Power Bagels

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 6 scoops Herbalife24 Enhanced Protein Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning, divided
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (about 1 large) egg white, beaten, or fat-free liquid egg substitute
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and Herbalife24® Enhanced Protein Powder with baking powder. Season with salt and 2 teaspoons of everything bagel seasoning and stir until uniform.
- Add yogurt and thoroughly mix to a dough-like texture.
- Evenly form dough into 6 rings and place on the baking sheet, evenly spaced. Brush with egg and sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons of everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake until golden brown and cooked through for about 15 minutes.
Makes 6 bagels.
