Ingredients
- 1 scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, Strawberry Shortcake
- 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 2/3 cup non-fat plain Greek or Icelandic yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 oz. (about 1 tablespoon) sliced almonds
Instructions
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mash strawberries with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients except almonds. Mix until uniform. Top with almonds. If you like, refrigerate until chia seeds have expanded and yogurt has thickened for about 3 hours.
