Ingredients
- 4 graham cracker squares (4 2½” square crackers)
- 4 scoops + 8 tsp Herbalife High Protein Iced Coffee, House Blend, divided
- 1/2 cup + 8 tsp. water, divided
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- Cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- Place graham crackers in a small zippered plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Distribute the crumbs over the bottom of 4 3” ramekins or pudding dishes.
- Mix 8 tsp High Protein Iced Coffee with 8 tsp. water with a fork or small spatula until smooth, and pour over the graham crackers.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together 4 scoops High Protein Iced Coffee with 1/2 cup water. Add cream cheese and yogurt, and whisk until smooth.
- Pour this mixture on top of the graham cracker layer.
- Dust with cocoa powder, if desired.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
