High Protein Iced Coffee Tiramisu Recipe

This iced coffee tiramisu is a must-try for coffee lovers! It’s made with Herbalife Nutrition High Protein Iced Coffee and makes a great on-the-go snack. You can make this with your favorite flavor: House Blend, Mocha, or Latte Macchiato.

High Protein Iced Coffee Tiramisu

4 servings
  • 4 graham cracker squares (4 2½” square crackers)
  • 4 scoops + 8 tsp Herbalife High Protein Iced Coffee, House Blend, divided
  • 1/2 cup + 8 tsp. water, divided
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt
  • Cocoa powder (optional)
  • Place graham crackers in a small zippered plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Distribute the crumbs over the bottom of 4 3” ramekins or pudding dishes.
  • Mix 8 tsp High Protein Iced Coffee with 8 tsp. water with a fork or small spatula until smooth, and pour over the graham crackers.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together 4 scoops High Protein Iced Coffee with 1/2 cup water. Add cream cheese and yogurt, and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour this mixture on top of the graham cracker layer.
  • Dust with cocoa powder, if desired.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
