This creamy homemade nut butter is the perfect spread. The butter is made with an assortment of nuts and works well as spread or dip.
Ingredients
- 3 cups tree nuts
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup roasted pecans
- 1/2 cup roasted pistachios
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 2 TBSP agave (optional)
Instructions
- Add nuts to a food processor or blender. Mix until a creamy butter forms. (This can take 10-12 minutes or more.)
- Once creamy, add ½ tsp sea salt, 2 TBSP agave, and 2 tsp canola oil.
Yields 16 two TBSP servings
