Ingredients
- 1/2 bulb fennel, julienned
- 1/2 large jicama, julienned
- 1/2 English cucumber, julienned
- 2 fuji apples, julienned
- 1/2 red onion, julienned
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper or lemon pepper
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 scoop (1 g) Herbalife Simply Probiotic
Instructions
- Slice the fennel, jicama, cucumber, apple, onion into julienne slices (long & thin).
- Mix all dressing ingredients (lemon, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper or lemon pepper, Himalayan salt, and Herbalife Simply Probiotic) together.
- Pour dressing over jicama mixture, stir, and serve.
