Ingredients
- 2 scoops Herbalife24 Enhanced Protein Powder*
- 1 15 oz. can chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-2 small cooked beets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- Combine with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor.
- Process for 1-2 minutes.
- If desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of additional olive oil to achieve desired texture.
