Ingredients
- 3-5 ice cubes
- 118 ml (1/2 cup) skim milk
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) cottage cheese
- 1 scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, Chocolate
- 2 TBSP old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 TBSP Greek Yogurt
- Pinch of oats and mini dark chocolate chips (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine ice, milk, cottage cheese, Rebuild Strength (Vanilla Ice Cream), Rebuild Strength (Chocolate), oats, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Grab a glass and spread Greek Yogurt around the base, then pour shake in.
- Top with a pinch of oats and dark mini chocolate chips. Enjoy!
