Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped watermelon
- 236 ml (1 cup) fresh lemon juice or the juice of 4 fresh lemons
- 4 scoops Herbalife SKIN Collagen Beauty Booster
- 473 ml (2 cups) water
- 473 ml (2 cups) sparkling water
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring 473 ml (2 cups) of water a boil. Turn off water and add 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, let infuse and seep for 30 minutes. Alternatively, use a kettle to heat up water, and pour over fresh rosemary in a saucepan.
- Juice fresh lemons and strain to remove pulp or seeds.
- Puree the watermelon in a blender. Add a splash of water if needed. Add 4 scoops Herbalife SKIN Collagen Beauty Booster, then puree altogether.
- Combine rosemary-infused water, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and watermelon puree with Collagen Beauty Booster in a pitcher. Mix thoroughly.
- Serve puree over ice and top with sparkling water.
- If you have extra puree, pour into ice cube trays, and freeze for later use.
