Make a Difference this Summer: Share the Gift of Nutrition

What comes to mind when you hear about a social media challenge? Perhaps something about a funny new dance move, or a weight loss contest. But what if I told you about a challenge that aims to transform your life for the better?

Herbalife Nutrition Foundation (HNF) is celebrating a quarter century of improving the lives of children around the world. As part of our 25-year anniversary, we are launching the #HNF25DayChallenge on Facebook – because everyone should have access to good nutrition.

25 Years of Changing Lives Through Nutrition

For 25 years, HNF has been providing healthy meals and nutrition education to children in need. We have done so mainly through our Casa Herbalife program.

We have established 142 Casa Herbalife partners around the world in over 50 countries, serving nearly 100,000 children each year. Furthermore, in 2018, HNF devoted $1 million to expand our Casa Herbalife program to more than 20 new community partners.

We want to invite you to join us in celebrating HNF’s achievements and be part of a shared reflection about small actions each of us can take to improve our lives and the lives of those around us.

What is #HNF25DayChallenge?

Starting July 1st, you’ll receive a weekly challenge activity to improve your health, relationships, and community.

If you are up for the challenge, you’ll receive daily updates, inspirational stories from our Casa Herbalife program, and easy ways you can help provide good nutrition and education to kids in need around the world.

To participate in the #HNF25DayChallenge, simply “like” the Herbalife Nutrition Foundation Facebook page.

Here is a sneak preview of the topics of each week:

Week 1 – Share a Meal

Food is a great way to show our appreciation. Why not share the power of good nutrition by cooking a healthy, delicious meal for yourself and loved ones?

Week 2 – Do Something Kind

A spontaneous act of kindness can mean the world to someone. Do something kind for someone who is going through a tough time or who could benefit from your love and support.

Week 3 – Volunteer

Did you know there are real health benefits associated with volunteering? According to a study from Carnegie Mellon University, people who volunteer may be more likely to do other things, like eat a healthy diet or exercise, which lower blood pressure. Doing something good for others might also improve your mood and reduce stress.

Week 4 – Give Back

Generosity can be contagious. Now that you’ve shared your meal, time and talents, why not consider giving the gift of good nutrition and caring relationships to children around the world?
